‘The Bride’ by Kacie Taylor. Ms Taylor contacted me a few weeks ago and asked if I’d be interested in reviewing her take on the ‘beauty and the beast’ fairy tale. Of course I love to read new authors and I was intrigued by the premise so I said yes. So far I’m enjoying the story. I will post a review once I’ve finished the novel.
On a side note, this is the first time an author has contacted me, previously I have requested books through publishers, Net Galley and the Everything Books and Authors website. I’m slightly proud of myself. If anyone else has a book they’d like me to review my details are on the contacts page.
I’m also reading a book about the Sun at the moment which I shall be reviewing before too long. I also need to finish the anthology of fantasy stories Salt Publishing sent me. There are some other books from my collection that I want to review but not right now.
