My Review
Thanks to Faye at Authoright, and Anne Stewart for this lovely book.
No, seriously, it’s adorable. Tavish is a purple tractor in a world of blue and red tractors, and nobody wants him, until a little boy named Jimmy persuades his dad that Tavish is the tractor for them.
It’s a short story about acceptance and love. The writing has a sing-song feel to it which I think will be helpful for small children learning to read.
The illustrations are good, very clear and vell drawn, in a style fairly common in children’s books.
