I’ve drawn a picture of what depression and anxiety looks like, written a book review and five article outlines to give myself something to work on (I need a short term goal or I’ll get no where). I don’t think I want to stare at a screen anymore today. I think I’ll go and read last week’s New Scientist and maybe try to get some of the projects I’ve started in sewing club finished.
