I survived my Work Capability Assessment!

Now I just have to wait a few weeks for the decision. I’ve been told it can take up to six weeks.
I was in there an hour and a bit, going through my physical and mental conditions. I had to talk about self-harm and suicide. It was hard for me, and Mum was there; she doesn’t necessarily know about a lot of that stuff.

I’m completely exhausted by the experience. The nurse who assessed me was nice enough but I was there for almost 90 minutes, most of it talking to them.
