It’s no secret I’m a sucker for dragons, and I do enjoy reading children’s picture books. Don’t ask me why, I have no idea! When I received the email for this tour I immediately applied, because, come on! Dragons!

This is a rhyming book that takes children on an adventure, searching for a lost child and trying to hide from the dragon, but we learn that nothing is what it seems and a scary dragon might not actually be friendly, if you get to know them. Valuable lessons for life.

The rhyming and repetitive refrains really bounce along, making it a fun read.

I adore the illustrations. They’re so colourful, alive, happy!

Rhiannon Findlay is a rising star in the world of children’s picture books, whose talent for rhyme and imaginative story-telling has made her books must-haves at bedtime for toddlers across the world. Illustrator Information

Siân Roberts is a children’s book illustrator based in the southeast of England. Her first picture book published in 2021 and she has since worked on lots of stories featuring all sorts of characters, from pirate princesses to sparkling unicorns, dancing dinosaurs to creepy crawlies. She works from her small home studio, surrounded by potted plants and fuelled by many cups of tea!
