From one anniversary to the next
Yesterday it was the 800th anniversary of the signing of Magna Carta. In Lincoln a giant effigy of King John was carried to the castle. Today, however there is another anniversary.

Slightly rejected
My article for Lincolnshire Life Magazine hasn’t been published 😦
I know I should expect rejection and it’s just my first submission to a magazine, but I’m sort of dejected. I could also do with the money.

Ick, people have no manners
I had a fantastic day out in Sheffield yesterday; I’m exhausted, mentally and physically today though. It would have been perfect but for the behaviour of some bad mannered little brats. If that wasn’t bad enough my aching legs carried me past a white-van-man this morning who though shouting insults at me was acceptable. This is a rant, by the way.
